Automated Outbound Calls

October 13, 2010

Common Sense Tip of the Day:

Think about your automated outbound calls.

“Hello, we have a very important message for you.  …” click.

The greatest failings in these contact solutions occur when the limitations of a contact’s voice mail aren’t considered, either cutting your message short or starting to record in the middle. Also, people dread “robo-calls”, so you’ll need to make sure you’re saying the right thing in the right voice and language, using verbiage that will persuade a response.  Lastly, understand while the matter may be important to you, your customer may find it frustrating, and the message that’s never heard, doesn’t get through. Just ask us for guidance on scripting effective auto dial solutions! We’d be happy to discuss your goals! Get in touch at or 1-800-454-6453.
